Am very sorry, Nik, if the designs were TOO simple.. as I was really in a rush.. balik kpg in 4 hrs time.. packing pun tak lagi.. nak surprisekan sangat org kpg.. order was placed earlier.. bt too many things had happened dat week.. PIL baru balik haji.. so have to entertain them before they balik kpg, yesterday.. hope you like it.. comments are welcome!! 😛

‘Arsenal’ vs ‘Chelsea’

it was supposed to be a surprised birthday cuppies for Su Boy.. but then, how can it be a surprise if we live in the same house, he knows all about my activities.. and also my sis from kuching, K Ida, was also with us.. wanted me to guide her in cuppie decos she’s into this as well.. n had a few customers waiting in line.. luckily after lunch, Boy went to his office.. so, I managed to start my underground project, while K Ida busy swirling her royal icing love-me-not flowers which i’ve learnt from Ma’am Lea .. i don’t know why my vanilla cuppies do not as perfect as they used to.. luckily i’ve some choc cuppies leftover.. so i layered the choc cuppies on top of the vanilla cuppies, with blueberry filling in between them.. n placed them in a ‘taller’ papercups.. i leave the deco part to K Ida & K Ina K ina was really excited over de task.. at last, after months of peeking thru our cuppies pics 😛 Boy was a big fan of Arsenal, and Papa has helped me printing the logo out Papa is a Liverpool fan.. but Papa is good sport 😛 unfortunately i’m not really confident with my ability to do de transfer technique.. so, walaaaahhh.. a football field with a few players plus a goal.. not too bad, huh.. 😛 everyone was amazed (?) with the cake, esp my nephews n Boy, of coz.. which makes me even prouder of myself.. n also motivated me to keep on learning and digging the secret of cuppie-baking..

since i don’t really sure whether Nik wanted chocolate buttercream or ganache.. so i just made Nik choc cuppies topped with ganache.. to make dis cuppies different from the one i used to make.. i added choc chips into de batter and M&M with peanut as deco..

A second order from Abg Bad.. a mix set of cuppies.. but less ganache.. coz he said that his kid vomited after eating the last cuppies.. “are my cuppies, dat bad?!” oh noi!! owh.. ok.. his kid ate 3 choc +ganache cuppies in a row!! shud i be proud, hearing this?? haaa.. but this time he wanted a special design.. for his wedding anniversary.. at 1st he requested for 1 whole cake.. oh noi!! i’ve to declined, since i’m more confident in decorating de cuppies but i was really ran out of ideas.. tho lots of designs i’ve planned for his cuppies.. at last, i did a mix cuppie-cake iced with buttercream.. as well as a few mix cuppies frosted with ganache.. hope Abg Bad was not disappointed with de cuppies i’ve made for them..

actually, i was not feeling well, dat day.. i was food-poisoned! i suspected it was from the “telur masak kicap”.. which i had for lunch yesterday.. because an hour after lunch, i felt terrible.. i felt like my tummy bloated.. n felt like vomiting.. bt, me being me, haa.. i do not know how to vomit.. the last time i vomited was 2 years ago, after playing roller-coaster at Genting.. K Nab says that maybe the eggs was the morning left-over.. ya, maybe.. becoz when i burped, it tasted like carbonated-egg 😦 and i still feel bloated.. Dr says dat i’ll feel better, but only after a series of diarrhea!!!!! OMG!

yesss!! at last, i’ve managed to enroll myself to a baking class 😛 haa.. held by Ma’am Lea, at her place in Subang… really proud of myself.. have been dreaming of going to cooking/baking classes for ages.. and K Noni the person who’s jump-started me into cuppie-slavery 😛 was also excited to join me.. yeay!! tho cuppiwink:P has established, but still, i need to learn and know the right techniques of cuppie-baking/decorating.. not just by-hard.. and it was fun.. i get to play around with royal icing, fondant & sugarpaste!! Ma’am Lea is very generous in giving tips/lessons/ideas.. hopefully, Ma’am Lea can open more classes on other types of deco:P .. a Stage 2 class, maybe.. 😛
